It is a very necessary training in both leg strengthening and warm-up.

Warm-up movements are indispensable in running exercises. Before the sprint run, it is necessary to do warm-up exercises. You should prepare for the sprint run by warming up for 5 to 10 minutes. The first sprint should start with 60% effort. Any muscle tension or cramp should be returned to warm-up exercises. To feel better, 4 minutes of slow movements should be started. It should be applied without being still. After the recovery process is over, the second sprint should be attempted. After this time it is done with 80% effort, a 4-minute recovery phase should be done again. In the third sprint, it should be performed with 30 seconds of 100% effort.In the third, you must reach the maximum efficiency by forcing yourself. After performing the exercise with high effort, it is necessary to move to slow movements by performing the recovery process again. It is done to regulate the heartbeat and to relax. It's important to rest and slow down for four minutes after each sprint. Depending on the level, it is possible to perform sprints between four and eight laps. While four sprints are sufficient in the first training, the number of sprints can be gradually increased.

Sprint running is practiced by both athletes and those who run for fun. This exercise increases endurance performance. The goal is to maintain order by doing it six times in two weeks and then reducing it to twice a week. It is important to be able to repeat this without changing the exercise routine in 6-8 weeks. If the exercise is effective, the routine can be extended on a regular basis.
