What are the fair set up and dismantling dates?

You can set up your booth starting from 8:00 AM on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Takedown will run from 6:00 PM on October 13 until 9:00 AM on Monday, October 14, 2024. All booths must be taken down by 12:00 PM on October 14, 2024, and left clean.

What are the entrance and exit times for the exhibitors?

Fair participants and staff can access and exit the fairgrounds between 09:00 and 21:00 on October 11-12, 2024, and between 07:00 and 21:00 on October 13, 2024.

Where can I get participant ID badges?

Participant ID badges can be obtained from the registration area set up at Congresium until 20:00 on Thursday, October 10, 2024.

What should I do to request additional materials for my booth?

Companies requesting additional materials must submit their requests online to expo@dazspor.com no later than September 10, 2024. A 50% surcharge will be applied to requests made during the fair.

How can I benefit from cleaning services?

Cleaning of common areas and corridors within the fairgrounds will be handled by Congresium throughout the fair. If participant companies wish to have their booth interiors cleaned by external staff, they can submit their requests to expo@dazspor.com.

Can booths be dismantled before the official closing time of the fair?

When is the deadline for applications?

There's no deadline, but spaces are limited. Please apply early!
